CONTRACT FOR BOOTH/DISPLAY AT
THE BIG LITTLE HUNTING & FISHING EXPO & AUCTION

- Booths will be reserved on a first-come basis. Current C.D.H.A. members and C.D.H.A. donors who have a hunting or fishing related business or organization will take priority for unreserved booth space.
- Booths will have access to electricity (but an extension cord may be needed).
- Single booth space size will be approximately 10 ft. wide and 8 ft. deep. If required, additional space may be granted for an addi tional fee if space is available.
- TABLES ARE NO LONGER INCLUDED and it is recommended to bring your own.
- Booth space may be reserved by a donation of products, memberships, subscriptions, a combination of money and item(s), etc. These items will be used in the various auctions throughout the event. *Note donations toward booth’s costs must not have strings or stipulations attached (e.g. $150 toward a higher value item).
- Booth owners and participants are responsible for their own liability coverage. No exhibitor (without prior written consent of the management) shall assign or sublet a space. The management will not be liable for the failure to fulfill this contract due to such things as: the exposition enclosure before or during the exposition being destroyed by fire or other calamity; by an act of God, public enemy, terrorism, strikers, the authority of the law, disease outbreak, extreme weather, or any other cause beyond management’s control. No funds or items will be returned in such events.
- Insurance and Liability: The Christian Deer Hunters Association® assumes no risk and by the acceptance of this agreement, the exhibitor expressly releases the Christian Deer Hunters Association® of and from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the use and acceptance of said space by exhibitor, and exhibitor agrees to hold and save the Christian Deer Hunters Association® harmless from any loss or damage by reason thereof. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify the Christian Deer Hunters Association® for any monies the Christian Deer Hunters Association® may pay as a result of any such damage, injury or loss from the use and occupancy of said space by exhibitor, including any legal expenses and attorney fees which the Christian Deer Hunters Association® may incur in defending such claims as may be made. Exhibitor will hold the Christian Deer Hunters Association® and its members harmless from any damage, expense or liability arising from any injury or damage to exhibitor, his or her agents, servants, employees or to the property of exhibitor by virtue of exhibitor’s occupancy here under or anything connected to said occupancy. Exhibitor must insure exhibitor’s own exhibit including public liability. The Christian Deer Hunters Association® does not assume any responsibility for the safety of exhibits and exhibit material against robbery, fire, accidents or for any cause whatever. In all cases, exhibitor must insure exhibitor’s own goods. The management and members of the Christian Deer Hunters Association® assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any property placed in the exposition and the management and members of the Christian Deer Hunters Association® is hereby expressly released and discharged from any and all liability from any loss, injury or damages to persons or property that may be sustained while on the exposition grounds.
EXPO SET-UP TIMES: Friday, March 19 from 3:00 pm—9:00 pm OR Saturday, March 20 from 7:00 am—8:30 am
EXPO HOURS: 9:00 am—5:00 pm *NO early take down! When you sign this contract you are agreeing to this! Please check which type of booth/display space you are requesting.
____ Commercial Booth - Donation of $100 (*$125 after February 15 deadline), or merchandise of greater value.
____ Double Commercial Booth for $175 (*$225 after February 15 deadline), or merchandise of greater value.
____ Non-profit Booth - Donation of $50 (*$75 after February 15 deadline) or merchandise of greater value.
____ Unit Display of Vehicle/Water Craft/Camper/ATV - Donation $50 or $25 (Outside Only) (Price per unit contingent upon size and unit must be in compliance with local fire marshal restrictions.)
*Please note there will be no gambling-related activities such as raffles, selling of raffle tickets, etc. allowed. No tobacco products or alcohol allowed. However, businesses, clubs, or organizations are encouraged to sell memberships, subscriptions, products, or services that are in compliance with state and federal laws and are consistent with the desires and wishes of the Christian Deer Hunters Association® exposition management.
NOTE: In the event you fail to occupy your booth, you will be invoiced for the full cash amount.
